Change Your Mouse Pointer Speed in Windows 10

Introduction

This isn’t quite as easy as it should be. Microsoft has done a half-job in moving all the legacy settings into their new control panel.

Step 1

Next to the Windows button in the lower left hand corner there is a magnifying glass and a white area you can type. Click on that white box and type in “mouse speed”. Now choose “Change the mouse pointer display or speed”.

Step 2

Now you can click on the mouse speed that you want on the scale from “Slow” to “Fast” and then hit “OK” at the bottom.

Your new mouse speed is now set. Move the mouse and see if you need to make further adjustments.
